3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Sections 3, 4, and 6 of these Terms shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
